Speranza Club ("we", "us", "our") is an online streetwear label based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you visit speranza.club (the "Site") or place an order with us. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details. Payment card data is processed directly by Shopify Payments and is never stored on our servers. When you browse the Site we automatically receive standard device and log information (IP address, browser type, referring pages, timestamps) and cookies used for cart, checkout and basic analytics.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfil and ship your orders, communicate about your purchase, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with our legal obligations, improve the Site, and — only with your consent — send occasional marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time via the link in every email.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information required with: Shopify (our store and payments platform), Tapstitch (our print & fulfilment partner), and shipping carriers such as Australia Post and international couriers. Some of these providers may store data overseas. We may also disclose information where required by Australian law or a lawful request from a government or law enforcement agency.

Data retention & security

We retain order and tax records for at least 7 years to comply with Australian tax law, then delete or de-identify them. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including via Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing speranzahope03@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
