Speranza Club ships worldwide from our print & fulfilment partner. Orders are dispatched on behalf of Speranza Club, an online business based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Rates

Flat rate $5.00 AUD shipping on every order, worldwide. No thresholds, no surprises at checkout.

Production time

Every hoodie and tee is printed on demand. Please allow 3–6 business days for your order to be made before it ships.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

• Australia: 3–7 business days
• United States, United Kingdom, EU: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves the facility. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may attract import duties, GST/VAT or other taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. Australian orders include GST where applicable.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to sender you will need to pay reshipping.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, email speranzahope03@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
