Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of speranza.club (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Speranza Club, an online business based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment we will refund you in full.

Products & made-to-order

Every hoodie and tee is made on demand by our production partner. Slight variation in print placement, colour tone, or fabric weight is a normal part of the print-on-demand process and is not considered a defect. Product images are indicative only.

Shipping, returns & consumer guarantees

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Intellectual property

All artwork, logos, product photography, and copy on the Site are owned by or licensed to Speranza Club. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to breach any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speranza Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or its products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Speranza Club submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
